If you’re looking for a University with a difference, Middlesex University is the one for you! It was a night to remember as Middlesex University Dubai showcased the phenomenal talent of its students during the finale of its 10th Annual Youth Fest.
The University paid homage to its British roots by holding one of its biggest annual student events onboard Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel – a ship steeped in British heritage, and now one of the most visited destinations in Dubai. Students were proud to perform in front of their friends, families and faculty in dance, drama, music and fashion on an iconic stage in front of an audience of over 550 people.
Youth Fest is a highlight of the University’s student calendar and this year’s competition witnessed over 900 students compete within a range of categories including sports, art and design, poetry, culinary, short film and more, before taking centre stage at the grand finale.
“Our annual Youth Fest provides students with the perfect platform to showcase their diverse and exemplary talents. We are extremely proud of all of those who work tremendously hard to put on a fabulous show. On behalf of all of us at Middlesex University Dubai, I would like to congratulate everyone who took part,” applauded Dr Cedwyn Fernandes, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Director, Middlesex University Dubai.
